Yes, the apartment has secure parking with one dedicated space. Should you need more than one space, visitor spaces are available on a first come first serve basis, alternatively, parking is available at street level. Linen, towels (including beach towels), hairdryers, kitchen pack, hand soap, kitchen/toilet rolls, tea, coffee, sugar, and condiments are all included in the apartment. For those days out, umbrellas, shopping bags, and a rucksack containing a thermos flask, picnic rug & sandwich boxes are all provided for your use. We regret, no pets are allowed within the apartment. Camelside is a strictly no-smoking zone within the apartment and the surrounding carpark or balcony areas. The apartment has one en-suite bathroom with a toilet, bath, and handheld shower (for hair washing). Plus, a separate shower room with a toilet. Bike storage is not available onsite. However, within a 5-minute walk, bike hire is available. Five days prior to your arrival, all key, directions, and apartment information will be forwarded via email or via the booking agent platform. Our check-in time is 4 pm. However, if our changeover team are able to have the apartment ready before this time, we will contact you via email or via the booking agent used. Please note, the changeover team will arrive at 10 am on the day of your departure. All contact details will be displayed in the apartment. Currently, onsite charging is not available and this is something we are working with the Management company to resolve. However, within a five minute drive, two public, fast charging points are located within the BP Garage and the Travel lodge. No, the apartment has one small step into the building and the hallway would be very narrow for wheelchair use.
